CBAJ VIP FAQ — straight answers to your questions

CBAJ VIP offers two options — temporary suspension (Cooling Off) and permanent closure (Self-Exclusion).

To temporarily suspend your account: Go to Profile Settings → "Responsible Gaming" section. There you'll find the option to deactivate your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. You won't be able to log in during this period, but your account will be reactivated automatically once the time is up.

To permanently close your account: Contact our support team via Live Chat or email us at [email protected]. Your account will be permanently closed within 48 hours of your request.

If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, CBAJ VIP will act in accordance with its settlement policy:

• Cancelled before the match starts: The full stake will be refunded.
• Cricket — if the required overs are not completed: If a result can be determined via the DLS method, the bet will be settled accordingly; otherwise it will be declared Void and your stake will be refunded.
• Cancellation during Live Betting: If a specific outcome has already been determined (e.g., an innings has been completed), the bet may be settled based on that result.
• One or more events cancelled in an Accumulator: The cancelled event will be treated as a "Win" and the remaining selections will be settled as normal.

Settlement for cancelled matches is generally processed within Within 24–48 hours Done. The funds will be credited directly to your balance.

With CBAJ VIP's referral program, both you and your friend benefit. It's simple:

• Log in to your account, go to the Profile section, and find your Personal Referral Code Copy
• Share the code with your friend. They simply enter it in the "Referral Code" field when signing up.
• Your friend's first-time minimum ৳500 Once your friend deposits, the referral bonus will be credited to your account.
• Your friend will also receive a 300% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit.

There's no cap on referral bonuses — the more friends you refer, the more you earn. Each friend must have a unique phone number. Attempting to claim referral rewards by creating multiple accounts yourself may result in all accounts being suspended.

Registering at CBAJ VIP is quick and easy — it takes just 2 minutes. Here's what you need:

• Full Name: Ideally, use the name as it appears on your National ID.
• Active mobile number: Must be a Bangladeshi number (+880). OTP verification will be required.
• Password: At least 8 characters — a mix of letters and numbers is recommended.
• Age Verification: You must be 18 or older.

Forgot your password? No worries — there are two ways to get back into your account:

Method 1 — OTP Login (Fastest):
Log In On the login page, select the "Via OTP" tab. Enter your mobile number, receive the OTP, and log in using the code. Once in, set a new password from Settings.

Method 2 — Password Reset:

• Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
• Enter your registered mobile number and tap the "Send Reset Code" button.
• A 6-digit code will be sent to you via SMS within 1 minute.
• Enter your new password and confirm it.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required primarily before large withdrawals. It keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud.

When Is KYC Required? If a single withdrawal is ৳50,000 or more, or if the support team specifically requests it.

Required documents:

• Proof of identity (any one of the following): National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Selfie: A clear photo of you holding the document.
• Payment Proof (if required): bKash or Nagad screenshot.

• Go to Profile Settings → "Identity Verification" section.
• Upload photos of the front and back of your document (JPG or PNG, max 5 MB).
• Take a selfie and submit it.

Typically Within 12 to 24 hours Verification is complete. Once verified, you won't need to go through it again for future withdrawals.
